Social Hub – Privacy Policy

Who we are

Social Hub is a private tool used by the owner of the businesses مكتبة الهدى, مكتبة لؤي الغراوي, مكتبة سور قرانية and فارمة فلو to manage their own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What information the app accesses

• Posts, photos, videos and Reels published on the owner's Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, and their statistics (views, reach, reactions, comments, shares).
• Comments and replies on those posts, including the public name and profile picture of the person who wrote them.
• Basic information about the owner's Pages, Instagram accounts and Business portfolios (names, follower counts, profile pictures).

How the information is used

Only to publish the owner's own posts, to show and answer comments in one inbox, and to show the owner statistics about the owner's own accounts. The information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone, and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Where it is stored

Everything is stored on the owner's own computer. Access tokens are stored encrypted. No third-party servers or analytics services are used.

How long it is kept

Information is kept while the account is connected to Social Hub. When an account is disconnected, its information can be deleted from the app at the same time. Comments are refreshed from the platforms regularly, so removed comments stop being shown.

Data deletion instructions

If you commented on one of these Pages or Instagram accounts and want any information about you deleted from Social Hub:

• Send a message to one of the Pages above, or write to the contact address below, saying which comment or account the request is about. It will be deleted within 30 days and you will get a confirmation.
• To remove Social Hub's access to an account you manage: on Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Social Hub and choose Remove.

Social Hub أداة خاصة يستخدمها مالك الأنشطة التجارية مكتبة الهدى ومكتبة لؤي الغراوي ومكتبة سور قرانية وفارمة فلو لإدارة صفحاته على فيسبوك وحساباته على Instagram. الأداة غير متاحة للعامة وليس لها مستخدمون آخرون.

المعلومات التي يصل إليها التطبيق

• المنشورات والصور ومقاطع الفيديو والريلز المنشورة على صفحات المالك وحساباته، وإحصاءاتها (المشاهدات والوصول والتفاعلات والتعليقات والمشاركات).
• التعليقات والردود على تلك المنشورات، بما في ذلك الاسم العام وصورة الملف الشخصي لكاتبها.
• معلومات أساسية عن صفحات المالك وحساباته وحافظات أعماله (الأسماء وعدد المتابعين والصور).

كيف تُستخدم المعلومات

فقط لنشر منشورات المالك، وعرض التعليقات والرد عليها في صندوق واحد، وعرض إحصاءات حسابات المالك له. لا تُباع المعلومات ولا تُؤجَّر ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات أو التنميط.

أين تُحفظ

تُحفظ كل المعلومات على جهاز المالك الخاص، ورموز الوصول مشفّرة. لا تُستخدم خوادم أو خدمات تحليلات تابعة لجهات أخرى.

مدة الاحتفاظ

تُحفظ المعلومات ما دام الحساب مربوطًا بالتطبيق، ويمكن حذفها عند فصل الحساب. وتُحدَّث التعليقات من المنصات باستمرار فلا تظهر التعليقات المحذوفة.

تعليمات حذف البيانات

إذا علّقت على إحدى هذه الصفحات أو الحسابات وتريد حذف أي معلومات عنك من Social Hub:

• أرسل رسالة إلى إحدى الصفحات أعلاه أو إلى البريد أدناه مع ذكر التعليق أو الحساب المقصود، وسيتم الحذف خلال 30 يومًا مع إرسال تأكيد لك.
• لإزالة صلاحية Social Hub من حساب تديره: في فيسبوك افتح الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← عمليات دمج الأعمال، واختر Social Hub ثم إزالة.
